摘要

The increasing complexity and rapid evolution of IT professions require robust mechanisms for defining and managing competencies, knowledge areas, and role profiles. Although established frameworks such as the European e-Competence Framework (e-CF) provide valuable reference models, their practical application in curriculum design, workforce development, and learning analytics remains limited due to technical, structural, and semantic barriers. In response to persistent challenges in aligning educational outcomes with professional standards and labour market demands, this paper presents a conceptual model for stakeholder integration within the ICT professionalism ecosystem, with a digital platform serving as the central element. To implement digital governance of the ICT professionalism standards, the integration of relevant information systems is proposed, along with a detailed description of the platform’s functionalities. By addressing fragmentation and semantic inconsistencies across educational and professional domains, this platform enhances data and knowledge management while supporting analytical and decision-making processes for a wide range of stakeholders.
