This thesis presents a comprehensive concept for an online content-sharing platform, thoughtfully designed from both technological and pedagogical perspectives. The theoretical foundation incorporates the educational frameworks and insights of Gagné, Piaget, Puentedura, Mayer, Vygotsky, and Bloom. The primary objective is to support teachers through a community-based platform where digital learning content can be collaboratively created, uploaded, evaluated, shared, and continuously improved by leveraging collective knowledge and expertise. The concept advocates a shift from traditional, teacher-centered instruction toward interactive, cooperative, and cognitive-based strategies. Providing tools alone is insufficient; teachers also require practical, ready-to-use content and a supportive professional community. Mentorship is envisioned as a dynamic interaction between teachers or between teachers and students. By harnessing students’ digital competencies and willingness to collaborate, their contributions can significantly enhance the development of engaging educational content.
