The article examines the importance of developing fundraising competencies in future computer engineering educators within the framework of the modern educational paradigm, which prioritizes initiative, project-based learning, and collaboration with different stakeholders. The necessity of integrating fundraising into professional training is justified, highlighting its role as a tool for attracting additional resources to support educational and technological initiatives. The main components of fundraising competence are defined, including needs assessment, project planning, identification of funding sources, proposal development, communication with donors and public presentation of project results. The pedagogical conditions necessary for effective skill formation are described: the use of practice-oriented tasks, project-based learning approach, and student engagement in real grant initiatives. It is noted that these competencies can be formed within such courses as Educational Management, Project-based Activities, Innovative Educational Technologies, Engineering Pedagogy, and Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship. Examples of educational practices that ensure the development of fundraising competencies are provided. It concludes that such skills promote entrepreneurial thinking, communication abilities, and readiness for innovation. Educational and methodological support for the implementation of fundraising training in the curricula of engineers-pedagogues has been substantiated and developed.

摘要
