As part of the educational process, focused on practical situations, methodologies for the design of digital twins are explored, in particular, the construction of visual models of robotic systems. This allows future engineers to create and test different robot designs, paths, and control algorithms in a virtual environment before creating a physical prototype. As a result of the work, algorithms for visualizing the movements of an industrial robot manipulator were developed, as well as an approach to testing the robot's functions in a limited space. An integrated approach is proposed that includes an algorithm for visualizing the movements of an industrial robot manipulator, as well as the development of an interactive educational platform for designing a digital twin. This integrated approach allows IT students to effectively learn how to design and test digital twins.
