The implementation of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) presents a powerful framework for fostering inclusive, adaptable and flexible learning environments. This article examines the important role that information and communication technologies (ICT) can play in enhancing pedagogical practices aligned with UDL, in both online and offline contexts. It provides a critical analysis of current models and strategies used to integrate ICT into education, addressing key challenges such as scalability, accessibility and alignment of technology with diverse learners. The study is based on an extensive review of existing literature and academic journals, synthesising the most relevant findings in the field. The findings reveal that while ICT offers considerable potential to support adaptive and universal learning, its effective integration involves managing complex issues, including technical infrastructure, teacher training and instructional design. The results underline the need to explore these issues further through rigorous qualitative analysis.

摘要
