Usage of Information Technologies in the Process of Collaborative Training of Health Professionals

The article is devoted to solving the problem of substantiating and developing effective approaches to the use of information technologies in the process of collaborative training of future healthcare professionals, which is an important factor for improving the quality of their professional training and optimizing the functioning of the healthcare system as a whole. The article substantiates the theoretical and methodological principles of introducing information technologies into the process of collaborative training of healthcare professionals as a significant factor for improving the quality of their professional training in the conditions of digital transformation of the educational space. Key structural components of the effective organization of collaborative training using IT are identified, namely: interactivity of the educational environment, flexibility of communication platforms, promotion of interprofessional interaction and provision of opportunities for personalization of the educational process. Practically-oriented recommendations are proposed to increase the effectiveness of collaborative learning, namely: creation of digital educational environments with integrated IT tools, development of methodological models for organizing the joint work in professional groups, promotion of the development of digital competence of students and academic staff, as well as ensure systemic support from the administration of higher education institutions.
