The E-Valuation Platform is an online portal aiming to transform the manual grading of answer scripts into a digital system. Grading manually is a very labour-intensive process, can be prone to errors which might affect the accuracy of the grading process. This research introduces a secure and user-friendly portal where the evaluators can log in, view scanned answer scripts, and input marks for individual questions. The system will automatically perform tasks like total marks calculation, data validation and report generation. This would reduce the amount of manual effort while ensuring accuracy. It is also possible to export grading data into Excel format, allowing the portal to integrate with institutional workflows. Using MongoDB for database management ensures secure storage and easy retrieval of records. The E-valuation Portal with modern web technologies such as React.js, Node.js and JWT authentication ensures secure role-based access and scalability. Even though it’s similar to offline evaluation after uploading the answer scripts, this platform transforms academic grading by offering transparent, efficient and an improved grading experience, making it an important tool for educational institutions.
