While challenges such as inadequate infrastructure, weak policy enforcement, and ethical concerns regarding AI persist, emerging global models present practical strategies for building inclusive, tech-enabled vocational training programs. The findings offer guidance for educators and decision-makers aiming to create equitable, AI-integrated vocational systems that empower PWDs toward meaningful employment.
