Unevenness of Hydraulic Cylinder Speed and Pressure Pulsation Caused by External Mechanical Vibrations
摘要
The paper defines the requirements for modern hydraulic systems used in transport systems. It presents the external forces acting on hydraulic valves. The range of frequencies of vibrations acting on hydraulic systems from different sources is indicated. The conditions under which external mechanical vibrations affect the pressure pulsation spectrum of a hydraulic system with a vibrating proportional valve are identified. Furthermore, it was noted that vibrations transmitted from a single point in the system propagate over significant distances through the hydraulic pipes. The resulting pressure and flow pulsations cause changes in the velocity spectrum of the hydraulic receiver, leading to uneven operation.
