Modern railway station complexes must not only meet functional requirements, but also provide a safe, comfortable and inclusive environment for all categories of passengers and visitors. The solution to the outlined tasks is impossible without optimizing the areas of the premises, taking into account the real needs of users, including population groups with limited mobility. The lack of adapted approaches to designing railway stations based on behavioral research and passenger expectations necessitates a comprehensive analysis and modeling of spatial solutions. The paper investigates the principles of determining the rational areas of railway station premises, taking into account modern requirements for passenger comfort and effective functional zoning. The main focus is on building a functional model of the station complex, also considering different categories of users, in particular people with limited mobility (persons with disabilities, passengers with children, older people, etc.). The methodological basis of the study comprises experiments on location with the recording of flows and movements of people within the station, as well as a sociological survey of passengers about their needs, expectations and level of satisfaction with the conditions of staying.

摘要
