An issue with erroneous evaluation exists in health management, despite the vital role that assessments play in the health management of clever college students. Neither the impact nor the issue of intelligent college student health management can be solved by the conventional particle swarm method. Hence, this research examines an algorithm for evaluating college student health management and suggests one. Then, indicators are split to the needs of health management assessment. Next, a distributed multi-agent system health management assessment scheme is formed using group behavior theory. The outcomes of this scheme are then thoroughly studied. According to the findings of the MATLAB simulations, the distributed multi-agent system outperforms the conventional particle swarm approach when it comes to the speed and accuracy of health management evaluations.
