Employment is the final result of college students’ four-year study, and employment is directly related to the development and stability of social economy. Among them, the content of employment involves a large amount, and how to analyze it effectively has become the focus of employment analysis. Therefore, I put forward the decision tree analysis method to judge the employment factors, including the market environment, future development trends, policy, employment structure, specialty and other aspects. The results show that decision tree can improve the employment matching rate, making it reach more than 98%. And optimize the employment content to make effective choices for college students. The matching rate of college students’ employment satisfaction reaches more than 45%, which shows that decision tree can provide auxiliary decision-making for college students in the process of comprehensive analysis and can help them choose employment fields and employment directions more reasonably. Therefore, the decision book is important for employment and has a promoting effect.
