Under the background of informatization and education modernization, art teaching in colleges and universities is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The rich diversity of educational resources and the personalized trend of students’ needs are increasingly prominent.The recommendation algorithm proposed in this paper can allocate the teaching resources of art courses in colleges and universities, and the allocation rate is greater than 25%, and it can be realized.
