Consequently, this research suggests a novel platform for practical training analysis that is both original and practical. To begin, talent data is analyzed using big data techniques. Indicators are then classified according to the needs of creative practice training, with the goal of reducing the interference factor. The next step is for big data to examine the findings from creative practical training for talent nurturing, then create a program for innovative practical training, and finally implement the program. Perform an exhaustive investigation. According to the results of the MATLAB simulation, the unique practical training platform may be used for talent training under certain assessment conditions. Innovative practical training outperforms more conventional approaches.
