University libraries and archives have been slowly transitioning from paper-based to digital-based management strategies, thanks to the ever-increasing capabilities of information technology. The administration of libraries and archives may be substantially enhanced via the use of digital management systems. Unfortunately, conventional, standalone storage and processing systems are struggling to keep up with the ever-increasing data volumes handled by university library archives. Consequently, this article suggests using Hadoop as a tool for analyzing and evaluating creative design techniques. To minimize interference elements in design strategy assessment, we first apply data analysis theory to the data information and then split the indicators according to the needs of the evaluation. The next step is to use data analysis theory to assess the university library and archive management information system’s design strategy. After that, they’ll create an assessment scheme for the design strategy and thoroughly examine the outcomes. Hadoop technology outperforms conventional management approaches in terms of assessment accuracy and efficiency when it comes to the design strategy of university library and archive management information systems, according to MATLAB simulations conducted under certain evaluation criteria.
