Scientific research management is the main way to improve the competitiveness of universities, and data warehouse has a significant impact on the promotion and development of scientific research. However, the establishment of data storage needs to focus on two aspects, data storage technology analysis and application, so the data warehouse needs to be optimized. In order to solve this problem, this paper proposes a data warehouse analysis method and synthesizes scientific research results to realize data sharing. The experimental results show that: 1) the analysis and management of warehousing data can effectively improve the scientific research management ability of universities, with an improvement rate of more than 15%; 2) The data structure and data sharing within the data warehouse are significantly optimized; 3) Data storage analysis has a significant positive impact on scientific research, improves the competitiveness of universities, and increases the degree of influence by 20%; 4) The overall effect of data storage reaches more than 90%, indicating that the relationship between scientific research management and warehousing and application in universities is very close, which can promote the development of scientific research in universities.
