Reform and Practice of Material Sorting Training Course Based on Digital Twin Technology
摘要
Material sorting is a crucial step in the manufacturing process for businesses. There are two types of material sorting: mechanical and manual. The former involves hands-on experience, while the latter is more theoretical. Manual material sorting training has become an issue in corporate production, and standard practical training courses are unable to address it. So, to conduct a realistic examination of material sorting, this research suggests a digital twin technique. To begin, the material sorting training course is redesigned and optimized with the use of digital technology. In order to minimize interference factors, the indicators are segregated according to the needs of the training. The next step is for the digital technology to maximize the outcomes of the enterprise’s material sorting training courses, create a program for material sorting training, and conduct a thorough analysis of the findings. Digital twin technology has a greater impact on the practical training of material sorting produced by enterprises and the feasibility of material sorting practical training than traditional practical training courses, according to MATLAB simulations conducted under specific evaluation criteria.
