Numerical control (Numerical Control, NC) technology originated in the 1940s, is a computer program to control the mechanical equipment for automatic processing technology. This technology through the pre-programmed instructions, can accurately control the movement of the machine tool, to realize the efficient and accurate processing of the workpiece. With the rapid development of computer technology, the numerical control technology has gradually evolved into the modern computer numerical control (Computer Numerical Control, CNC), which further improves the machining accuracy and efficiency. The importance of CNC technology in the field of mechanical manufacturing is self-evident. It not only improves the production efficiency, reduces the error of manual operation, but also realizes the processing of complex shaped parts, which greatly expands the possibility of mechanical manufacturing. In mass production, numerical control technology enables enterprises to quickly respond to market changes, reduce production costs, and enhance competitiveness. In addition, with the transformation of manufacturing industry to intelligence and automation, numerical control technology has become one of the key technologies to realize industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing.ABB simulation shows that in the case of certain evaluation criteria, intelligent robot numerical control technology has a positive impact on intelligent robots The accuracy of CNC technology and the time of CNC technology are better than the MDI method.
