With the rapid development of information technology, the general writing course of high schools can optimize the teaching system with the help of information technology to achieve the desired teaching effect, and the traditional teaching system can no longer meet the current teaching content. Therefore, this paper proposes a teaching system based on the analysis of teaching system of network information technology. Firstly, based on the effective use of artificial intelligence technology, the content of college writing courses is collected and analyzed in detail, and the indicators are divided according to the requirements of the teaching system to reduce the possible interference factors in the teaching system. Then, artificial intelligence is used to analyze the teaching system of general writing courses in colleges and universities, and then a comprehensive teaching system plan is formed, and the results of the teaching system are comprehensively analyzed. The MATLAB simulation results finally show that under certain evaluation criteria, the rationality of the teaching effect of the university general writing course teaching system based on network information technology is much higher than that of the traditional teaching system.
