In view of the limitations of the traditional D-P algorithm in English teaching content, an improvement scheme based on cross-cultural iterative method was proposed. Firstly, the influencing factors is accurately located through the theory of cross-cultural communication, and the indicators is reasonably divided to reduce interference, and the cross-cultural iterative method is used to construct an improvement plan for teaching content. Experimental results show that under certain evaluation criteria, the proposed scheme is superior to the traditional D-P algorithm in terms of the improvement accuracy of teaching content and the processing time of influencing factors, and has obvious advantages. The improvement of teaching content plays an extremely important role in English, which can accurately predict and optimize the growth characteristics and product generation of English. However, the traditional D-P algorithm has certain limitations in solving the simulation problem of teaching content improvement, especially when dealing with complex problems. In this regard, this paper proposes an improvement scheme for teaching content based on cross-cultural iteration method to better solve this problem. The scheme accurately locates the influencing factors through the theory of cross-cultural communication, so as to determine the division of indicators, and uses the cross-cultural iterative method to construct the scheme. Experimental results show that under certain evaluation criteria, the accuracy and speed of the scheme is significantly improved for different problems, and it has better performance. Therefore, the simulation scheme based on cross-cultural iterative method can better solve the limitations of traditional D-P algorithms and improve the accuracy and efficiency of simulation by adopting the cross-cultural iterative method in English teaching content.
