Intelligent elderly care courses are the main direction of teaching and professional setting, and it is also an important aspect of rich content in college courses. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the design and optimization of the curriculum. This paper proposes data mining technology to analyze the intelligent elderly care course, and finds out the teaching characteristics of the course content, the teaching characteristics and the problems of system design. The results show that data mining technology can improve the aspects of intelligent elderly care courses, optimize the original analysis direction, and dig deep into the content, with a mining accuracy of more than 95%. At the same time, the content structure and comprehensive content of the course, as well as the design direction, can be optimized, and the improvement rate is greater than 35%. Therefore, the pension course and data mining technology can be integrated and promote the optimized design of the course.
