Construction of University Physical Education Resource Allocation Model Based on Improved Ant Colony Algorithm

Giving full play to the advantages of information technology (IT) can provide a good learning environment and learning tools for students’ learning and development, broaden their horizons, enlighten their thinking in images, enhance their understanding and memory, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning and improve their cognitive methods. With the acceleration of globalization, the importance of English as the lingua franca of international communication is self-evident. However, the traditional English teaching model often focuses on the cultivation of literacy skills and ignores the practicality of oral communication. At the university level, despite the long years of learning English, many students still face problems such as fluency in spoken expression and inaccurate pronunciation. In recent years, the rapid development of big data technology has provided new solutions for the field of education. By collecting and analyzing students’ learning data, we can accurately understand students’ learning needs and provide support for personalized teaching. The average value of users’ rating data with larger information content is selected as the basis of new users’ prediction rating. High-quality resource network platform is a type of modern technology, and its application in PE teaching in universities has effectively realized the informatization, digitalization and modernization of PE teaching in universities.
