College and university administration relies heavily on education management applications, however the issue of misaligned management stances persists. When it comes to college education administration, the old decision tree algorithm just doesn't cut it and produces unsatisfactory results. Through the collection of knowledge points and knowledge contents in the teaching process, the collection effect is judged, and then the quantified data is judged as a whole. The results show that in the process of data collection and judgment, the intelligent data mining method proposed in this paper can. Mining the logic of data association data can improve the overall effect of data analysis, with an increase of more than 45%. But also can fully mobilize students’ learning enthusiasm, and the mobilization rate is greater than 20%. Therefore, in the process of data mining and analysis, it can realize the overall optimization of data.
