The evaluation of wellbore quality is crucial for assessing the condition of the wellbore in oil fields, evaluating the effectiveness of the operation team, and improving quality and efficiency. At present, the assessment of wellbore quality is a separate assessment of the quality of individual wellbore sections and cementing conditions, without considering the completeness of data. It only evaluates indicators such as wellbore diameter change rate, dogleg degree, and cementing quality separately, and cannot establish comprehensive assessment indicators. There is no comprehensive quantitative method for wellbore quality, cementing quality, and the quality of the entire wellbore. This article innovatively establishes a quantitative method for cementing conditions, considering target conditions in wellbore enlargement rate, dogleg angle, and maximum wellbore inclination angle, and establishes a quantitative method for wellbore quality. Taking XX well as an example, the analysis results of evaluating the wellbore quality of XX well using a model show that the cementing situation, wellbore quality, data completeness, and wellbore quality in second spud of XX well are all better than those of the first spud. The overall wellbore quality of XX well is -0.008. The comprehensive quantification model of wellbore quality proposed in this article can quantify the wellbore quality, cementing quality, and wellbore quality of each opening, each well section, and the entire wellbore separately, providing a theoretical basis for assessing the drilling quality of oilfield operation teams and improving the formulation of management measures.

摘要
