The aerodrome infrastructure plays a crucial role in ensuring safe and efficient flight operations. Currently, aerodrome infrastructure design relies on various standards and guidelines. This paper provides an overview and analysis of this documentation system in Vietnam while comparing it with international documents to understand its characteristics and propose improvements. Document collection and analysis methods, as well as comparisons, are employed to synthesize content and evaluations. The research indicates that the current domestic standard system lacks completeness in content. Therefore, the revision and supplementation of these documents are necessary and urgent.
