To optimize air traffic flow within the aviation industry, authorities have extensively researched and implemented various systems aimed at enhancing airport capacity, ensuring safety, regulating traffic, and achieving maximal efficiency. The Arrival Manager (AMAN) system is among the chosen systems for rationalizing air traffic flow. This paper focuses on the application and feasibility of the AMAN system, particularly in estimating flight times at Tan Son Nhat International Airport. The implementation of the AMAN system at Tan Son Nhat Airport will provide a critical foundation for improving the operational efficiency of the airport and the overall aviation network in Vietnam.
