The mining area of Lilou Coal Industry is located in the northeastern part of Yuncheng County, Shandong Province, characterized by complex geological structures that significantly impact coal mining. This study employed the CSAMT method for area-wide exploration in this region. Through in-depth analysis and interpretation of collected data, the water-richness distribution in the roof and floor of roadways and the coal seam 3 was identified, and the influence of major faults on water-rich zones was clarified. The results indicate uneven distribution of water-richness in the aquifer, with stronger water-richness in localized areas influenced by faults. The overall resistivity of the roadway roof and floor is moderate to high, but significant variations in water-richness exist in specific regions. The findings provide critical geological insights for water prevention and control in the area and serve as a reference for similar studies.
