Automated System of Aviation Accidents and Incidents Investigation
摘要
Investigations of aviation occurrences have a crucial impact on flight safety. The findings from investigations contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing flight safety and provide recommendations for mitigating its impact within the global aviation framework. The outcomes of aviation accidents and incidents investigations are aimed at reducing the likelihood of the emergence of degrading factors within the system. Investigation of aviation safety events is a complex task that conducts in accordance with both local and international regulations. This paper discusses the development of a software designed to automate the entire investigation process, thereby reducing routine tasks and enhancing effective work-time management. The automatic generation of reports based on input data serves to lessen the need for expert participation in the investigation process and streamline project management. Proposed system is based on a four-level model, which includes: aggregation and analysis of accident-related data, support of investigation process, automated reports generation, and issuance of safety recommendations and control of their implementation. The proposed software facilitates the efficient management and visualization of the investigation process. User interface is cross-platform, built on web technologies, and secured at various levels to prevent unauthorized access.
