This paper describes DynamiCrypt, a cloud storage approach that adds quantum random number generation and hybrid cryptography using symmetric (DES) and asymmetric (RSA) keys. Files are divided into multiple pieces where each is stored in encrypted form and the location of such files is transferred to a geographic rule keeping track of the keys. The testing cloud reveals that the encryption and decryption time of DynamiCrypt is lower by 65% and 70% respectively, the fragmentation is higher by 11.5% and security scores are at 12.8% higher than other cloud storage techniques. This indicates that DynamiCrypt is quite appropriate in securing information in sensitive cloud application because of its highly effective, scalable and reliable model.
