The design, development, and assessment of Telegram chatbots for improving blended learning in educational contexts are presented in this paper. In recent years, blended learning has become more and more popular. It involves combining traditional classroom instruction with internet resources. The popular messaging app Telegram offers an approachable and intuitive setting for integrating instructional chatbots. The main goal of this research is to develop these chatbots using machine learning techniques and evaluate how well they enhance students’ educational experiences.
