Justice and Fairness in Negotiations: On Genocide and Reparations
摘要
The point of departure that informs the author’s understanding of the constructs of ‘justice’ and ‘fairness’ is that, although related they are conceptually different. In actual negotiations, however, they should ideally become mutually constitutive and reinforcing. It is the interdependence between the two concepts and practices that matter most in the process of negotiations and its outcomes.
