Researchers aim to examine the influence of non-technological determinants (personnel, colleagues, and organization) and port workers’ intention to share their knowledge to other industries. The sample included seven major federal port operator companies, chosen using random sampling. A questionnaire was used to distribute to knowledge workers in Malaysia’s port operator industry. The study found that personnel factors have a significant direct impact on the intention to share knowledge among workers in the port industries. The highest value of weightage was 0.3. This finding contributes to the existing understanding on the extent of personnel, colleagues, and organizational factors in contributing to inter-industry knowledge sharing among port operator workers. The findings contribute to the existing understanding of the factors that contribute to inter-industry knowledge sharing among port operators and contribute to port operations excellence.

摘要
