A technique of left upper sleeve lobectomy with resection of a portion of the pulmonary artery wall and implantation of a vascular prosthesis fragment into the arterial defect is presented. This procedure constitutes an alternative to the more commonly performed resection of the artery segment with end-to-end anastomosis, as well as to left pneumonectomy. The technical aspects of the procedure are analyzed.

摘要

A technique of left upper sleeve lobectomy with resection of a portion of the pulmonary artery wall and implantation of a vascular prosthesis fragment into the arterial defect is presented.
