Atypical Techniques in Esophageal Surgery: Reconstruction Using the Jejunum and Myoplasty
摘要
The issue of stomach and esophageal reconstruction using pedicled small intestine grafts, including the technique of small intestine mesentery lengthening, is analyzed. The technique of esophageal reconstruction with the use of pedicled skin-muscle flaps is also discussed. A surgical method for treating complications of operative management of gastroesophageal reflux, as well as surgical methods for the treatment of pathologically altered esophageal injuries, is presented.
