This study utilizes survey data collected from individual customers in Thai Nguyen province who have engaged with digital financial services. Based on responses from 403 individual customers, the paper assesses the current state of Fintech service usage intention in the region through analytical methods including Cronbach’s Alpha reliability testing, Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The findings reveal that several factors influence the intention to use Fintech services, namely: perceived ease of use, perceived risk, perceived usefulness, facilitating conditions, perceived cost, social influence, and government support. These results provide valuable insights for Fintech service providers in identifying the key determinants and their degree of impact on individual customers’ intention to adopt financial technologies, particularly in the context of the ongoing digital transformation.
