This article seeks to understand the entrepreneurial experiences of innovative women in three MENA countries—Morocco, Tunisia, and Egypt. We conducted semi-structured interviews with 37 innovative women entrepreneurs and analysed the material using NVivo. Our exploratory approach sheds light on their profiles, motivations, constraints, and key success factors. The main results show that these women were drawn to entrepreneurship and motivated by the desire to stand out; however, they faced several bottlenecks related to financing, as well as administrative and cultural constraints. The entrepreneurs linked their success to both internal and external factors.
