To have an efficient and cheap supply chain, the choice of the most appropriate suppliers is important. This paper has introduced an AI-based XGBoost model that is used to select vendors in accordance to a number of operation attributes and requirements. A data set of 19 features and 100-supplier records are used to test and train the model. The accuracy, precision and recall are used to conduct performance measurement. The accuracy obtained in the proposed system is 95 percent, meaning that it can be used in the practice of procurement.
