The adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM) has transformed conventional recruitment processes. This research examines the reinforcing influences of AI based talent acquisition on contemporary HRM, examining how automation, machine learning algorithms, natural processing language, and predictive analytics have been designed to assist HR professionals on the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates. The research findings decreasing hiring biases, and improved candidate experience that have been realized, and also discusses ethical implications, data privacy issues, and growth of human-AI decision making. The study also reinforces the need of HR professionals now needing to upskill, to utilize AI-dominant tools to stay competitive in the modern workforce.
