Current Trends for Robo-Advisors
摘要
FinTech innovation and changing customer demands for more affordable, always-available, and user-friendly services are driving a significant global transformation in the wealth management sector. Robo-advisors, which are automated investment platforms that use quantitative algorithms to manage portfolios, first appeared in the USA but have since quickly expanded throughout Europe and Asia. These platforms have solidified their position in digital wealth management by going beyond basic advice to provide full portfolio management, which now includes trade execution, monitoring, and automated rebalancing. In order to manage the growing complexity of clients and finances globally, the market is clearly maturing from fully automated services to more intricate hybrid models that combine technology and human expertise. This chapter explains the fundamental shift from purely automated services, which dominated the initial phase of the industry’s development, towards more complex models that offer a careful balance of technology and human expertise.
