Pole dancing has become more widely accepted and celebrated as a form of art and athleticism and can be consider an art but also a sport with specific learning course, technical skills, adapted movements, training, and competition. As other kinds of exercise, injuries may also occur in pole dancing, which are relevant to the kind of exercise, technique, and physical condition. Competent coaching and prevention should be the rule in its practice with important ground prevention exercises.
