In patients presenting with right bundle branch block (RBBB) at baseline, left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has been demonstrated to be feasible and associated with a marked reduction in QRS duration (Mirolo et al. Europace. 25:526–535, 2023). This report describes a case involving the implantation of a lumenless lead for LBBAP in a patient with underlying RBBB and left anterior fascicular block.

摘要

In patients presenting with right bundle branch block (RBBB) at baseline, left bundle branch area pacing (LBBAP) has been demonstrated to be feasible and associated with a marked reduction in QRS duration (Mirolo et al. Europace. 25:526–535, 2023). This report describes a case involving the implantation of a lumenless lead for LBBAP in a patient with underlying RBBB and left anterior fascicular block.
