Faced with the challenge of limited access to healthcare and ongoing training for nursing staff in rural areas of Senegal, this article proposes the implementation of a tele-training platform based on VxLAN network technologies and the Blink application. The approach developed enables nurses to be remotely connected via a secure virtual network using the national fiber optic infrastructure. The solution, which includes videoconferencing, instant messaging, and document sharing, has proved its worth in delivering theoretical and practical training without the need for travel. Although further validation is required on a larger scale, these results confirm the strong potential for reducing the disruption of healthcare services in rural areas through continuous distance training of healthcare staff.

摘要
