Structural Multi-state Analysis and Permanent-Temporary Synthesis Design of Historical Protected Building Renovation Project
摘要
In the process of updating and renovating historical protected buildings, underground space development is often required, which poses challenges to engineering design and construction from the existing state to the construction and renovation state, as well as the post-reconstruction usage state. This paper introduced a multi-state structural system for the reconstruction and expansion of historically protected buildings, including the temporary structural support system during the underpinning stage, the temporary excavation support system during the basement excavation stage, and the permanent underground structural system after construction completion. Taking a multi-story steel structure villa project in Shanghai as an example, the multi-state structural design method and PTS (permanent-temporary synthesis) technology were applied to improve construction efficiency and reduce costs, providing references for similar projects.
