Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) is increasingly recognized as a valuable framework for rethinking information and media literacies. Drawing on fieldwork and case analysis, this article presents OSINT as a set of practices that combine technical, critical, ethical and political competencies. Positioned at the intersection of traditional and emerging literacies including digital, algorithmic, and AI literacies — OSINT contributes to a renewed understanding of how information is produced, verified and disseminated. It is proposed not as a standalone literacy, but as an integrated approach supporting investigative methods and civic engagement. Emphasis is placed on the need for structured training in OSINT tools and methodologies, while highlighting the epistemic, documentary, and legal implications of open-source investigations. Attention is also drawn to emerging risks, such as dark OSINT, which illustrate the potential misuse of these techniques. OSINT thus calls for the development of a collective, critical, and ethically grounded culture of information.

摘要
