Swedish Urban Struggles in Retrospect
摘要
This chapter addresses the empirical gap in studies of Swedish urban movements, their development over time, and in connection with other movements. We provide an overview of the emergence of urban movements in Sweden from the late 1940s to the present focusing on their claims, repertoires, organizational forms, connections to other collective actors in the field, successes, and conflicts. We discuss these movements in relation to international examples, policy shifts, and, above all, how their actions have evolved over time.
