The aim of the work is to provide technical framework for prevention of suicidal thoughts through chatbot which can be embedded to an existing mobile communication application or can be deployed as a new communication application. It can also be used as a web application. The framework is built upon Dialogflow Conversational agent of google cloud which uses Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI). This paper provides the technical considerations and workflow of the chatbot to be developed. The chatbot generates conceptual images or videos based on the inference of the end user’s conversation. It also incorporates the human intervention by calling the emergency contacts in case of ambiguous conversations. The chatbot can be useful for preventing suicide among individuals of all age groups. The training and testing of chatbot performed by Kaggle dataset and also synthetically generated dataset which contains suicidal thoughts identification. The responses generated by the chatbot can be fine-tuned based on the conversational history generated between the user and the responses given by the chatbot.
