Performance Indicators (PIs) are widely used in monitoring progress, aligning strategies, and driving decision-making across technical and organizational domains. However, managing and storing PI data remains a key challenge. Existing tools are often domain-specific, limited in flexibility, and do not support real-time exporting or structured data integration. In this work, we present a lightweight and flexible system for managing PI forms using Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, and Measurify – an open-source, measurement-oriented big data platform. The system supports both automated and manual data entry through web interfaces and standardized workflows, and accepts multiple formats including CSV, XLSX, and JSON. It enables seamless ingestion, schema-based validation, structured storage, and real-time export of performance indicator data. The platform was developed using a service-oriented architecture that separates database, API Interface, and graphical interface, ensuring modularity, scalability, and maintainability. The approach was assessed through a preliminary user study involving five participants, who were asked to create a PI in the system and fill it with proper data. Test results show a high percentage of error-free steps (median 91%, range 73–100) and median task completion time of 15 min (range 9–18), which demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed tool. The system demonstrates a practical and extensible approach to managing PI forms exploiting state-of-the-art big data tools.

摘要
