Moreover, I argue that integration differences are reinforced by residential segregationSpatial segregation, as neighbourhoods reflect lifestyles and determine the degree to which migrants integrate into the host city. The concentration of migrants in specific neighbourhoods is influenced by social and spatial factors, with neighbourhoods shaping distinct migrant groups. Migrants’ choices of housing locations are often linked to their social status and integration into the urban economy.
