This chapter is devoted to an overview of major methods of supply chain analytics used in digital twins. Classifications of supply chain analytics methods are presented, explaining principles of optimization, simulation, and artificial intelligence (AI). A special focus is directed toward descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive applications of analytics in supply chains. We then consider how integrating AI agents with digital twins, model-based analytics, and generative AI capabilities can help enhance decision-making support.
