Grid Integration and Energy Management in Electric Road Systems (ERS)
摘要
Electric Road Systems (ERS) are a breakthrough in the electrification of transport beyond the concept of the immobile charge of vehicles parked to the idea of the mobile charge of vehicles on the move. This conversion requires an extensive and elaborate connection with the electrical grid. In the context of ERS, grid integration refers to the overall system of physical infrastructure, power electronics, communication networks, and control systems that regulate the real-time two-way exchange of energy and data between roadways and the power grid.
